He Dreamed!

God knew that sin and evil would be destroyed one day, so He gave king Nebuchadnezzar a dream thousands of years ago in relation to world events and the apocalyptic. The image that the king saw in his dream was great in SPLENDOUR, and had an AWESOME shape. Its head was made of gold, its chest and arms were of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs were of iron, and its feet were mixed with iron and clay. This prophetic image walked into the centuries of time.

Trouble Brews in the Palace

Nebuchadnezzar was so troubled by his dream that he sent for his magicians, astrologers, and sorcerers, in order to interpret the apocalyptic dream. The king was so anxious to have his dream interpreted by these men that he threatened the men with death if they did not give him the answers to the image of prophecy. He did not only threaten the men with death, but also told them the manner of death that they would die. The king did not realize that it was only God who could give such a dream an interpretation, because it was He who gave the dream in the first place. Nevertheless, Nebuchadnezzar ordered that all the wise men of Babylon be killed, and that included Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, servants of the living God. Therefore, they had better give the interpretation of the apocalyptic image of prophecy.

They were Children of God

Daniel and his friends were men of God they prayed that God would show them the interpretation to the kings dream, so that they would not die. It happened that God heard the prayer of his servants and gave them the interpretation to the apocalyptic image of prophecy. Then, Daniel began interpreting the dream to the king by informing him that the different parts of the image represented the different kingdoms of the earth. He told the king that God had given him a kingdom, power, strength, and glory, and that the golden head of the image was a representation of him. Nevertheless, Nebuchadnezzar was told that after his reign that other nations would follow, in power and might, such as Persia (Iran), Greece, Rome, and other nations. However, some of the nations that were to follow Babylon would be stronger in might and fame, than others. For instance, the fourth kingdom (Rome) would be very strong, so much so, that all other kingdoms would be under her control.

Images Feet

The feet of the image that were mixed with clay and iron are kingdoms that would try to unite with each other. But this unity would not last, yet, the strength of the iron would be in those kingdoms. During the time of alliances, God plan to take over the kingdoms of the world, because the powers that He had invested in us, we abused, caused chaos and destruction in the world. Therefore, He has promised to claim back his world and be the sole ruler of it once again. Before God takes ownership of His earth all earthly kingdoms will be done away with. He will then create it anew and allow it to stand and last forever. I hope you are now beginning to have an insight of why God has given us Bible prophecies. He has given it so that we can be aware and informed before hand, whats going to happen. Also, prophecy informs us that God is in control and that He knows and sees the future. He also asked that we look closely at the signs of the times in which we are living, because they are indicators of his eminent return. He has also given us examples of what our continued evil against Him and others can cause Him to do.

Sodom and Gomorrah and the flood

Sodom and Gomorrah, and the flood are prime examples of Gods repulsion or hatred of sin and evil. The cities were consumed, for instance, because of their sexual immorality, idolatry, and had no interest in God. Likewise, before the flood in Noahs time the earth was filled with sexual immorality, idolatry, and the people had no interest in God. Strangely, though, the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah knew about the destruction of the world by a flood, yet, they continued in the same path as their ancestors.

Facts

Are sexual immorality, idolatry, and a lack of love for God ABSENT from our world today? I say to you No! No! No! In fact they are even more prevalent in this generation. That is because, the devil knows that his time is short and that he needs to get many more people on his side, so that they could be responsible and take the blame for their own lives. Satan says why should I languish in hell for all your sins, you earthlings? Languish in hell, for your own sins!

Satan refuses to take on our sins

The Holy Scriptures states that the sins of all those who will gain eternal life, will be placed on Satan. The devil knows this, hence, the reason he causes humans to come up with strange theories, strange behaviors, that are against God. Take the evolution theory for example, what does that theory tells us about God? What does it mean to us personally? It means that to believe in the evolution theory, you are giving up your right to eternal life with God. This theory has disclaimed the power of God and Gods claim as our creator. Unfortunately, many people do not read the Holy Scriptures for themselves; therefore, they are lured away by strange doctrines, theories, immorality, and many others.

Such the Word of God for yourselves!

The question is, why, are we so quick to believe in what others tell us? Why are so many of us not willing to prove things for ourselves? Even this very article could be leading you astray, then, how do you know that the information it contain is true? The only way that you or I will know the truth is by allowing God to guide and lead us in the path of His truth. STUDY THE WORD!

Will you Miss out on Eternity?

Satan is a fallen foe from heaven and he will stop at nothing to get you or myself to miss out on eternity. He has missed out on it, why should he let any of us enter into eternal rest, without a fight or battle? After all, his length of time in hell is at stake! You need to answer this question for yourself! And YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND that our world is ripe for destruction, because like Sodom and Gomorrah, and in Noahs time, sexual immorality, idolatry, and no interest in God, are prominent in our world today. This is an indication that Gods anger is about to be unleashed upon the earth.

Will you listen?

I need to point out here, that Noah preached Gods truth to the people of his day for one hundred and twenty years. Unfortunately, the people did not listen to what he had to say, instead they laughed at him. Also, Sodom and Gomorrah had the opportunity to turn away from their evil ways, but did not do so. And before the cities were consumed, God told Lot to live the city with his wife and two daughters. Unfortunately, though, Lots wife perished on the way to safety, because she disobeyed God by looking back soon after they left the city. Remember God loves the sinner, but hates the sin.
