Wrinkles are caused by both genetic and environmental factors. They are the result of sunlight, chemical ridden cosmetics, cigarette smoke and other skin pollutants. The accumulative effects of them may speed the process of wrinkle forming.
I am afraid there is no sure way to prevent wrinkles. There comes a time we will all get them.
At the present time we cannot do to much to reverse the form of wrinkles using cosmetic products. Yet, there are some new techniques that will help such as medical peels and some surgical procedures. Basically they work by forcing the skin to reproduce its new fibers as part of a healing process.
The best method to prevent wrinkles is to use a regular skin care routine, and to rigorously protect your face from the negative effects of the sun exposure. A daily removal of pollutants, debris, perspiration and other factor that can damage your pores is a very good option. Shield your skin from the sun's detrimental effect using a natural sunscreen. You should keep your skin healthy, hydrated and supple by drinking plenty of purified water. Also avoid smoking and alcohol that cause dehydratation of skin.
Lack of oxygen is another cause of wrinkles, so use creams which increase oxygen intake and also kill the bacteria. |
