It is not too late to become a real estate agent

As I haven't heard that the government was going to ban the sale of houses, I don't know why it would be too late to become a Real Estate agent. I assume that people will be buying and selling houses for a long.

Is the market saturated?
I strongly believe it isn't.
The only thing that we know for sure other than death and taxes, is that every house is eventually going to need to be sold. We also see that Americans are moving more and more often, and there are more and more Americans moving all the time. To me, that sounds like this market is wide open.

How do you get in the business?
You should contact real estate companies. They offer "career nights" all the time, usually Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday nights. Find one and go learn what you can. In some places, this is your only option in that you have to be sponsored into the business. Then go practice, this is the real school.

You may want to do some reading on the real estate business before you jump in. There are many real estate agents that only work part time on the weekend, and those who haven't sold a house in years. You also have to decide if you want to be a Realtor (as opposed to a real estate agent), and if you want to go for a broker's license.
