Resume Artificial Intelligence Reading Machines

Did you know that when you send in your resume that many Corporations do not even have a real person reading them? It is true, the resumes are scanned into a computer and an artificial intelligent system captures the important data.

For instance if you have Stanford MBA listed on your resume the computer will move your resume up in the list. If you have listed a degree from a known online degree mill scam company it will put your resume on the bottom of the list.

Since so many Corporations use these machines you should note that when you send in your resume via the mail, do not use non-popular fonts. Your degree to the computer might like an nn8A instead of an MBA and the computer will not put your resume at the top of the pile.

Like wise if you do not have an MBA some say you should write; Took several classes at University Level which were part of and I Completed them; Cornell MBA Program. Why? Well the computer reads Completed and Cornell MBA Program.

Personally I do not recommend trying to trick computer programs but you may consider this so that you can get a real person to consider you on your individual merits. The world of resume reading is not what it seems. Think on this in 2006.
